Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars)

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received
Participant Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
More than 7 days before retreat

Full refund minus $30 administration fee
3–7 days before retreat
-
50% of the total fee will be refunded
Less than 72 hours before retreat / No show
-
No refund will be provided
Transfer Option
You may transfer your booking to another participant if:

They meet eligibility (18–25 years)
-
You notify us at least 24 hours prior
-
The new participant completes all required forms
Transfer to Future Retreat
Transfer requests are not guaranteed

Assessed on a case-by-case basis

A $20 administration fee may apply
Medical or Exceptional Circumstances
If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency:

Supporting documentation may be required
-
A partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion
Cancellation by Resilience Rise Retreat
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to:

Insufficient numbers
-
Facilitator illness
-
Safety or environmental factors
In such cases:

A full refund OR transfer option will be provided
We are not liable for external costs (e.g. travel)
Weather Policy

The retreat will proceed in most weather conditions

Activities may be modified for safety
-
No refunds for weather-related adjustments
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the
Australian Consumer Law

Program Overview
The Resilience Rise Retreat is a 3-day, 2-night immersive wellbeing program designed for young people aged 18-25.
The program includes:

Accommodation (shared)
-
Meals and snacks
-
Structured workshops (emotional regulation, resilience, identity)
-
Outdoor/nature-based activities (e.g., kayaking, walks)
-
Group discussions and reflection sessions
-
Facilitated wellbeing and coaching activities
This is not a clinical or medical treatment program.
Eligibility & Participation
By registering, you confirm that:

The participant meets the age requirements
-
The participant is physically and mentally fit to engage in retreat activities
-
All medical, psychological, and behavioural conditions have been disclosed prior to attendance
For participants under 18:

A parent/guardian must provide consent
-
Emergency contact details must be supplied
Resilience Rise Retreat reserves the right to:
-
Refuse participation if safety is at risk
-
Remove a participant if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive
Medical & Mental Health Disclosure
Participants (and/or parents/guardians) must disclose:

Mental health diagnoses
-
History of self-harm or suicidality
-
Medications
-
Allergies or medical conditions
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in:

Removal from the retreat without refund
-
Limitation of facilitator responsibility
The retreat does not provide medical or psychiatric care.
Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:

Respect facilitators and other participants
-
Follow all safety instructions
-
Maintain appropriate behaviour at all times
The following are strictly prohibited:

Violence or threats
-
Bullying or harassment
-
Possession of drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances
Violation may result in:

Immediate removal from the retreat
-
No refund provided
Assumption of Risk
By attending, you acknowledge that:

Activities (including outdoor and water-based activities) carry inherent risks

Participation is voluntary
You accept full responsibility for:

Personal injury
-
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Liability Waiver
To the extent permitted by law:
Resilience Rise Retreat, its facilitators, and partners are not liable for:

Injury, illness, or death
-
Loss or damage of personal property
-
Emotional distress arising from participation
Nothing in this agreement excludes rights under the
Australian Consumer Law.
Emergency & Duty of Care
In case of emergency:

Facilitators may seek medical assistance

Costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant/guardian
Participants must:

Follow all emergency procedures

Provide accurate emergency contact details

Full payment is required to secure a spot unless otherwise stated

Limited places available; bookings are confirmed upon payment

By attending, you consent to:

Photos/videos being taken during the retreat
