With over 16 years of clinical experience, Fabie combines professional expertise with a calling rooted in faith—to guide young people back to who they are and Whose they are. She believes resilience is not simply about coping, but about learning to regulate the mind and body, align with truth, and live with purpose.
Through her R.I.S.E. Resilience™ Framework, Fabie delivers transformative programs within schools—equipping students with practical tools to manage stress, navigate relationships, and build confidence grounded in identity, not external pressure.

John Ireland is the founder of Breathwork HQ and an experienced, multi-accredited breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and groups in nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and performance optimisation.
Through his work, John guides young people to reconnect with one of the most powerful yet overlooked tools they possess—their breath. His approach integrates functional breathing, movement, sound, and meditation to help students regulate stress, improve focus, and build emotional resilience.
As part of the Resilience Rise school program, John delivers practical, science-informed breathwork experiences that empower students to manage anxiety, reset their nervous system, and perform at their best—both academically and personally.
