Service Description

The Resilience Rise School Partnership Program is a collaborative wellbeing initiative designed to support schools in strengthening student resilience, emotional regulation, and mental wellbeing. Led by a Mental Health Clinical Nurse Consultant with over 16 years’ experience in Child and Youth Mental Health, our programs integrate evidence-informed approaches including DBT-based skills, nervous system education, and practical coping strategies tailored to specific year groups. We partner with schools to deliver structured workshops, onsite wellbeing sessions, resilience camps, keynote talks, and staff or parent education seminars. Each program is developmentally appropriate, aligned with existing wellbeing frameworks, and adaptable to faith-based or secular settings. Our goal is to equip students not just to manage stress — but to develop emotional literacy, confidence, self-awareness, and long-term resilience skills that enhance academic engagement and overall wellbeing.
