Reflections from Our Very First Retreat l November 19-21, 2025
There are moments when something is created not because it is planned perfectly, but because it is timed divinely.
Resilience Rise was one of those moments.
From November 19–21, 2025, a group of souls gathered — not to be fixed, not to be pushed, not to be transformed through force — but to finally exhale. What unfolded became far more than a retreat. It became a remembering.
From the very beginning, one thing was felt deeply and consistently: safety.
Safe to arrive as you are. Safe to soften. Safe to be seen without having to explain your strength.
One participant beautifully captured this when she shared that the space created, the stories exchanged, and the collective energy held together stayed with her long after the retreat ended. That sense of shared presence — of being held by community — became one of the most powerful outcomes of the experience.
WHERE VULNERABILITY BECAME STRENGTH
Throughout the retreat, moments of quiet reflection sat alongside shared stories and gentle conversation. What surprised many participants was how deeply the experience touched them — not through intensity, but through tenderness.
Several shared that the retreat reminded them of:
the strength found in vulnerability,
the healing power of community,
and the beauty of being truly seen and supported.
One reflection expressed carrying light and grounding home — a sentiment echoed by many. This wasn’t a temporary uplift. It was something embodied, something that settled.
🍽️ NOURISHMENT, CONNECTION, AND CARE
Meals were shared slowly and intentionally, becoming moments of connection rather than routine. Laughter, storytelling, and ease flowed naturally. New friendships formed without pressure.
The feedback made it clear: people didn’t just feel inspired — they felt looked after.
And when people feel cared for, something essential happens — they open.
🤍 WHAT RESILIENCE RISE REVEALED
The first Resilience Rise retreat revealed a truth we now hold at the core of this work:
Resilience is not about enduring alone. It is about being supported while you soften.
As one participant shared with heartfelt gratitude, the experience became something she would carry forward — a reminder that community, presence, and intentional space can restore parts of us we didn’t realise were tired.
A BEGINNING HELD WITH GRATITUDE
This retreat was made possible not just by planning, but by trust — the trust of those who showed up, opened their hearts, and met one another with kindness.
To everyone who was part of this first journey: thank you for the energy you brought, the stories you shared, and the humanity you offered.
Resilience Rise has begun — gently, truthfully, and grounded in love.
And this is only the beginning.
“This experience reminded me of the strength in vulnerability, the power of community, and the beauty of being seen and supported.”— Resilience Rise Participant
“I’m carrying so much light and grounding home with me.”
“The space we created and the energy we held together stayed with me in such a meaningful way.”

“This experience touched me more than I expected. It reminded me of the strength in vulnerability, the power of community, and the beauty of being seen and supported. I’m carrying so much light and grounding home with me.”

When we envisioned Resilience Rise, we hoped to create something meaningful — but what unfolded exceeded expectation. Hearing participants speak about feeling seen, supported, and deeply touched reminds us why this work matters.
Resilience Rise is not about transformation through force. It is about remembering who we are when we feel safe enough to soften.
Thank you to every soul who trusted this space.
